Piotr Bukanski

Piotr Bukanski is a venture capital investor and Principal at Acurio Ventures, with a track record spanning investment banking, growth equity, and board-level value creation. He has backed and advised high-growth technology companies across energy, data, fintech, and consumer — including board roles at Gorilla, Iceberg Data Lab, and AccessPay. Prior to Acurio, Piotr spent three years at Beringea (transatlantic VC, $800M+ AuM) leading Series A/B investments and founded a CEE diaspora network connecting 200+ VCs and founders across London. Earlier, he helped build the Private Capital Markets team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, supporting growth-stage fundraises, and began his career in BofA's EMEA Consumer & Retail IB group, advising on M&A, equity, and debt transactions totalling over $25bn. He holds an MSc in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and has lived and worked across the UK, Sweden, Germany, Latvia, and Poland.
