Partner in charge of finance, portfolio and restructuring. Pan-European investment firm invested in 250+ startups including Trainline, Algolia, PayFit, Alma, Jow, WeMaintain, Unai, Spacefill, Rows, Shipfix, Luko etc. • Management: led and managed a team of 4 people overseeing legal and accounting. • Group Financial Management: 10 subsidiaries, 80+ controlled entities (SPVs) and 250+ portfolio companies. • Portfolio Management: liquidity strategy, exits, secondaries, M&A, etc. ( > €20m of exits completed). • Crisis Management: led and executed group legal and financial strategy for recovery procedures and stakeholders protection after uncovering prior internal deceit. • Restructuring: completed the strategy and execution of a complete group overhaul. • Day-to-day CFO: audits, reporting, balance sheet management, management control, budgeting, resource planning, funding, investor relations, accounting deadlines, processes.

Nocturne is a leading gaming fund based on revenue-sharing. We support indie developers worldwide with funding, fair terms, and expert self-publishing assistance. • Built and managed a pioneering gaming fund based on revenue-sharing. • Managed regulatory (AMF), tax and compliance hurdles to launch an investment fund in a brand new asset class • Modelized returns for a new type of asset and fund with high liquidity and IRR potential • Supported indie developers worldwide with funding, fair terms, and expert self-publishing assistance. • Developed and implemented financial strategies, investor relations, and fund management processes.

• Provided financial leadership and strategic guidance for financial operations (90+ FTEs, high 8-figures annual turnover) and international expansion to US • Built a pathway to profitability for the group • Overhaul of the FP&A, budgeting and business plan
