Currently: building HumanDirectory.ai to build the world's first AI-friendly open social network. 🪩 Previously: Product Lead at Rippling, Head of Product at Hofy (acquired for $XXXm by Deel), founded 3 VC-backed startups: - Aria, AI video editor backed by Kima Ventures, Stride.VC, Antoine Martin and Alexis Bonillo - Sidekick, a B2B SaaS-enabled managed marketplace for coaching, backed by Afore Capital and TheFamily. - Tinbox, a crowdfunding platform for non-profits Kind of studied at Warwick University (UK) for 2 years. Angel invested in about 20+ startups with small checks. Backed some solo-GP funds from my friends: Pietro Invernizzi (Firedrop I & II), Michelangelo Valtancoli (Chaotica). And backed the community fund from the A16Z SPEEDRUN (SR004 & SR005).

Victor Nourrissat is a professional currently serving in a leadership capacity at SafetyWing, where he has held roles including Head of Growth and General Manager. Previously, he co-founded Sidekick, a company focused on virtual coaching and development tools for remote teams, and worked as an analyst at Barclays Investment Bank. He holds a degree from Warwick Business School.

I am the founder of Seagull Studios, a digital advertising consultancy focused on helping founders and teams scale through performance-driven acquisition, with a strong specialization in Google Ads. With a background including experience at Google, I design and manage acquisition systems that turn advertising into a real growth lever. My work combines strategy, execution, and data, with a constant focus on measurable business impact. More generally, I enjoy helping people bring their projects to life and grow them, which is a big part of what drives me in my work. I have a strong affinity for technology and continuously explore how new tools, including AI, can improve performance and decision-making. I’m used to working in international environments and collaborating with teams across the globe. Outside of work, music has always been an important part of my life, and I enjoy playing several instruments.
