Co-founded and built a Web3 fintech venture using blockchain to optimise stock trading clearing processes. Built and managed a globally distributed team, taking the product from concept to functional build and bringing on early clients. Gained deep, practical experience in B2B fintech product development and managing remote teams across time zones.
