Founder of Digiplug in 1998, an R&D company specialized in mobile audio technologies, with a recognised expertise in embedded software solutions, and content distribution platforms to wireless operators. Digiplug was the pioneer and leader of the polyphonic ringtone technology and provide his software to all the majors handset makers worldwide as Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Philips, Sagem, Alcatel, Panasonic, Nec, Mitsubishi, ... Digiplug, was acquired in 2002 by Faith Group, a Japanese company, to create the worldwide leader in audio technology for mobile phones (I-Mode, GSM, CDMA). Faith Inc is now listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (1st section #4295).

Modelabs Group, founded by Stephane Bohbot, end of 2003, with a growth from 23 M€ to 292 M€ in 2011 turnover became in 7 years the French leader in Telecom distribution and the Expert of luxury phones manufacturing. 2 strategic divisions : - Modelabs Manufacture , the expert of luxury phones for brands (TAG Heuer, Dior, Versace) to create their own range of mobile phones, and ensure qualitative and selective distribution over three continents in department stores, fashion stores and watch & jewelry stores; - Modelabs Distribution, specialist in France for the distribution of mobile phones and accessories, the leader for the white label accessories (MDD) for all the distributors : networks, mass merchandisers, multi-specialists, telecom specialists,... Modelabs Group was listed in April 2006 on the NYSE Euronext-Paris Eurolist Isin: FR 0010060665, Mmemo: MDL, Reuters: MDLB.PA, Bloomberg: MDL:FP Modelabs Group has been sold in 2011 to Bigben Interactive. Innov8 has made the carve-out of Modelabs Manufacture in 2011, now renamed Atelier Haute Communication.
