Enactus Warwick Consulting is the largest student-led consulting society at the University of Warwick, recruiting 100 students to work across 16 different projects. Clients range from start-ups to large firms, social enterprises and charities. - Responsible for closing clients, defining scope of projects, recruiting +100 people and supervising projects. - Closed projects include setting the commercial strategy to one of the largest online magazines in the UK with 12m hits a month, set a 3 year plan to save a leading national charity from £160,000 deficit and develop a customer relationship strategy to increase the number of members of a charity by 10,000 - Established a professional partnership with Ernst & Young to have all projects mentored by EY professionals - Increased the number of applications by 150% yoy
Enactus Warwick Consulting is the largest student-led consulting society at the University of Warwick. In 2013/2014, 90 students worked on 15 different projects. Clients range from start-ups to large firms, social enterprises and charities. Our teams advise clients on organisational issues such as strategy, business development and marketing. - Coordinated a consultancy project for a charity named "The Gap Community Center", awarded with "The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service" in 2013 - Lead a team of undergraduate and postgraduate students - Conducted a current state analysis, identified four key areas of improvement (Performance Measurement, HR, Activities and Finance), delivered eleven strategic recommendations and developed project proposals to drive the recommendations. - Defined the scope of the project, a work breakdown structure, a timeline, a risk analysis, assigned responsibilities and exercised a continuous team management effort
Make Sense is a French NGO founded in 2011 and which expanded into over 45 countries in only 3 years. The one main purpose of the NGO is to provide support to social entrepreneurs in any way possible. Specialists in brainstorming, Make Sense mobilizes people to improve and innovate business plans, find business solutions to marketing and commercial strategies, create websites, build prototypes, etc. - Started one of the first MakeSense university-based communities worldwide - Met the leaders of several organisations and identified, analysed and broke down their most pressing business challenges. - Adopted brainstorming models to conduct 2-hour workshops to provide solutions for the challenges.
